2.1. The title of the competition is First Car Learner Test Date Prize Draw.
2.2. Win a £50 Amazon e-voucher by providing your driving test date. This prize draw is open to learner drivers who have signed up to receive email communications through First Car who have received the ingenie ‘Enter our £50 learner prize draw’ email.
3.1. The competition will run from 00:00 on 1st September 2021 (the “Opening Date”) to 00:00 on 30th June 2022 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
3.2. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter the competition:
3.3.1. Follow the link to the online form to submit your email address and practical test date. Please use the same email address to which you received this prize draw email.
3.4. By submitting a competition entry, prize draw entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

3.6. A prize winner will be chosen at the start of each month the competition runs for, by using an online random number generator.
4.1. In order to enter you must:
4.1.1. Have provided ingenie with the date of your practical driving test, and;
4.1.2. Be able to provide evidence of your booked driving test date.
4.2. The competition is open to all residents in the UK (aged 17 and over) except:
4.2.1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies,
4.2.2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holdings or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration, and
4.2.3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 above.
4.3. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.4. There is a limit of one entry per person.
4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5.1. There is one £50 Amazon voucher to be won.
5.2. The £50 Amazon e-voucher will be sent to the winner via the email address associated with the draw within 1 (one) week of the relevant monthly draw taking place.
5.3. The Amazon e-voucher must be used before the expiry date stated on the voucher. ingenie does not accept any liability for vouchers not used before this deadline.
5.4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.5. ingenie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
5.6. ingenie does not accept any liability in the event of an e-voucher being lost, stolen, mislaid or unusable through no fault of ingenie.
5.7. Vouchers for this offer can only be used and distributed electronically.
5.8. No cash alternative will be offered.
5.9. ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the giveaway (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2. If you object to any or all of your surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the promoter.
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspect, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
