How do I change my authentication email address on my policy account?
This is the email address we'll use to get in touch if you forget your password. It might be different from the email address you have as a contact on your policy - which is where we send your documents and policy information.
Log in to your policy account. Once you're in, click Manage login details. You'll be able to change your authentication email address there.
