Promotion date: The following terms and conditions for ingenie’s £100 prize draw entry will be valid until 7th October 2020.

In order to be eligible to be entered into the £100 prize draw, the following terms and conditions must be met:

  • Complete a full ingenie Young Driver quote (you must reach the price presentation page to be eligible) on the ingenie website:
  • Complete the quote before 7th October 2020.
  • The quote must contain your legitimate details.
  • Only one entry is permitted per person.

This prize draw is not valid on ingenie Learner quotes.

By taking this offer, customers are deemed to have read and agree to all the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

Once you have completed the full quote, your details will be collected and entered into the prize draw automatically. The winner will be announced and rewarded within 14 days of the campaign end date.

This prize draw is not open to employees, their families and contractors to ingenie and their families or any persons involved directly with the organisation.

ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the prize draw at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ingenie accepts no responsibility for any costs, fees or charges associated with the prize draw.

ingenie accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you accepting the prize draw.

ingenie further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s belongings or to any computer as a result of downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw.

ingenie shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of its reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
