Why haven’t I had any driving messages?
You’ll get driving feedback messages about every 10 days, as long as you’ve driven at least 40 miles in that time. If you haven’t had any yet, it might be that you haven’t driven enough miles for us to give you a good idea of how you’re doing. If it’s been more than 10 days and you’ve definitely driven more than 40 miles, send us an email to connect@ingenie.com and we will look into it for you.
