When can I set up my account?
You’ll get the link to set up your driving feedback account in the 48 hours after you’ve had your box fitted. We’ll send this to the email address you set up your insurance with, so make sure you can get into that email account. You’ll get your first set of driving feedback messages about 10 days after your box fitting - as long as you’ve driven 40 miles.
