£1,000 up for grabs just in time for Christmas
We just can't stop giving away cash!
You may have seen a few posters around your college mentioning the chance to win £1,000. Or if you haven't been to college in a while (we won't ask) you might have seen the same poster pop up on our social media pages.
They look a lot like this:
At ingenie we're always looking at ways to help out young people. And we figured that since cash can be hard to come by when you're studying, and that makes learning to drive and getting on the road that much tougher, we'd open up our cash giving arms to students all over the UK.
Here's the maths
In case you needed a bit of inspiration, £1,000 could get you:
- 41 driving lessons (at £24 each)
- 20 full tanks of fuel
- 18 years worth of M.O.Ts
- £1,000 off your car insurance
Or if food is more your thing:
- 200 Big Mac meals
- 50 large Dominos pizzas
What's the catch then?
So what do we want in return? Literally 5 minutes of your time.
We ran a poll recently asking young drivers what the BEST thing about passing their driving test was and surprisingly, road trips and having a car boot for shopping were pretty low on the list. Even more surprising was only a quarter of drivers were bothered about not needing to ask for a lifts anymore.
But the big one - the thing that nearly half of young drivers voted for - was no longer having to rely on public transport.
Well, we feel your pain! And we want to help change that for one lucky winner.
How to enter
Once you're there you'll see an image of the poster with a link to a survey. Just hit the link, tell us a bit about yourself and your thoughts on driving, then kiss goodbye to ever needing to wait at a bus stop in the rain again. Hopefully.
Here's the ts and cs. Best of luck!
