Driving feedback just got a boost

We know you guys are pretty into checking your driving feedback every 10 days. You share it with us all the time on social media and we love celebrating with you when you do well and you earn yourself top driving discounts.

But driving feedback doesn't exist just to give you guys a pat on the back - although it's nice to feel special. It's there to help you identify the areas where you may not be doing as well, so you can work on improving your driving skills.

Nobody's perfect, right? And there's always room for improvement, whether you're getting Okay or Dangerous messages. And that's why we wanted to revamp things a little.

What's changing?

Currently, when you get your driving feedback messages you'll get a colour coded message for each driving category. Green = Good, Light green = Okay, Yellow = Needs improvement and so on.

All of that is staying the same BUT if your feedback messages are showing there's room for improvement - from a little to a lot - you'll now see a link under that message.

The link will say "Watch the video to help you improve" and you'll be taken to a page full of tips and (yep, you guessed it) a video crammed with advice that's specific to the driving category you need help with.
