Find out what's going on at ingenie

Have you seen our fancy My Account update?

If you're reading this and you don't have insurance with ingenie, you might want to leave before you get too jealous. We've just done our biggest update to My Account EVER and it's looking pretty shiny in there.

New stuff:

  1. Revamped login page

Based on what you guys had trouble with, the login page now makes it really simple to reset your password or set up your account. And it looks nice, which is also important.

Log in to My Account - Landing Page_2
  2. My Account hub looks different

We've redesigned your My Account area (I say 'we' - I've really done very little myself) so everything's now easier to find, including advice on how to improve your speed, acceleration, braking and cornering.

  3. Useful stuff in the sidebar

You now have handy links to things like the Young Driver's Guide for driving tips and the crash guide, which is a form that helps you collect all the information you need if you have a crash.

There's also a quick link to our Refer a friend scheme, where you get £50 for every friend you introduce to ingenie.

  4. Easy sharing for your driving feedback

Sharing your driving feedback is now easier: you can see everyone you've added at a glance and if you have anyone still pending after you've invited them.

Share Your Feedback - Landing page_v2
  5. Updating your details

Need to change your email address or password? Easy pie - just head over to the 'Change your details' page and choose what you want to update.

  6. Flicking between policies

If you can see more than one policy (say you've been with us for 2 years or you're a mum with - yuck - twin boys), it's now way easier to switch between the policies to see driving feedback.

  7. Feedback is scrolly now

You used to have to click (so old-fashioned) to see your last lot of feedback messages. Now, you can scroll through to your heart's content, right back to the very beginning.

I personally love doing this because you can see me going from bit rubbish to gleaming driver over the last 5 months.

  8. messages

Go and check it out now - you'll get a little run-through of the changes.
