Winter weather and your driving feedback

Winter driving

It seems winter took its time but has finally arrived in style. Parts of the country saw snow today and the further north you go, the bigger the impact.

If you're an ingenie driver, you may have one big question on your mind.

Does the weather affect my ingenie driving score?

Short answer: no.

Your black box picks up information on your speed, acceleration, braking and cornering, and uses that to generate your driving score out of 100.

Of course, you need to adjust your driving to the weather (you might want to take a look at our winter driving tips) to avoid skidding or wheel spins, but ice and snow have no impact on the data we collect from your black box.
