Good Egg launches guides for new drivers & parents

We’re pleased to announce that we’re supporting The Good Egg Driver campaign alongside leading UK road safety charities and Europe’s largest independent car dealership Arnold Clark.

Good Egg produces free guides for new drivers and their parents.

They cover a range of subjects from learning to drive to choosing the right car insurance, and offer tips on choosing the right instructor, getting ready for the theory and passing the practical test.

They also tell you all you need to know about buying and insuring a first car, traffic law and, vitally, staying safe – including some sobering facts about drink and drug driving.

We support the guides because, like us, they believe that becoming a safe driver is much more than passing the driving test.

We believe that better education and practical advice is the key to reducing the tragic number of young driver deaths and injuries on our roads, so we’re delighted to support the Good Egg Drive Campaign. We have thousands of young policyholders who receive quarterly reward discounts on their insurance for driving well and I’m sure many will keen to engage with these great guides.
